OPINION BY HUDOCK, J.: Filed August 10, 1995 The Commonwealth appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed after Appellee was convicted in a non-jury trial of aggravated assault as a second degree felony and possessing an instrument of crime. 1 Appellee was sentenced to ten years probation for the aggravated assault charge and three years concurrent probation for possessing an instrument of crime. The Commonwealth filed a motion for reconsideration of the sentence which was denied without a hearing on January 6, 1994. The Commonwealth then filed this direct appeal. We vacate the judgment of sentence and remand for resentencing.
